Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual who has both excellent customer service skills and is experienced with employee management. Strong computer skills, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities are a must! Job Responsibilities:
Requirements Qualifications:
- Maintain guest relations
- Manage guest reservations
- Hold conversations regarding compensation with guests
- Communicate with other departments and vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage phone systems
- Cover the phone line
- Ensure quality control and timely responses
- Uphold the company core values and provide excellent customer service standards

Requirements Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available to work holidays and weekends
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry (Preferred not required)
