Field Sales Representative

Astro Vinyl Art is a family-owned creative business based in Pottstown, PA. We transform vintage vinyl records into unique, handcrafted wall art and sell our products online as well as at art shows, music festivals, craft fairs, and special events throughout the region. Our event booths are fun, interactive, and designed to create a memorable experience for customers. We are looking for someone energetic, dependable, and outgoing to help represent our brand on the road. Position Overview We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join our traveling event sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working at unique events, traveling on weekends, and selling a product that customers genuinely get excited about. This is primarily a weekend-based position , with most events taking place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Some weekday availability may be needed for event preparation, loading, unloading, inventory, or occasional weekday events. The ideal candidate is confident with customers, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to safely drive a large conversion van when needed. Responsibilities Travel to art shows, music festivals, craft fairs, and special events Set up and break down event booths, displays, signage, and product tables Represent Astro Vinyl Art in a friendly, professional, and energetic way Greet customers, explain products, answer questions, and help drive sales Process cash and card transactions responsibly Work toward event sales goals and help maximize booth performance Keep the booth organized, clean, stocked, and visually appealing Assist with inventory, packing, restocking, and loading/unloading vehicles Safely drive a large conversion van to and from events when needed Work independently at certain events or during parts of the event schedule Provide feedback on customer interest, best-selling products, and event performance Qualifications Sales, retail, customer service, festival, or event experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working primarily on weekends Comfortable traveling for events, including occasional overnight stays Able to safely drive a large conversion van Valid driver’s license required Reliable transportation required Able to lift and move event materials up to 75 lbs Comfortable handling cash, card payments, and basic sales tracking Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small, growing team Why Join Us?
