Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care. Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Part Time – Saturdays 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. Compensation Pay range: $40-48/hr depending on experience plus an additional shift differential of $2-3. Qualifications Current RN license in the state for which applying. Current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute, or sub‑acute care preferred. New graduates are welcome!
