Encourage hands on practice and have guests try it themselves• Ask effective questions to get to the root of the situation and personalize your explanations• Partner with the Cadillac delivery specialist to share information on common concerns after vehicle delivery• Provide backup to the Cadillac delivery specialist and assist with deliveries as needed.• Use all resources and applications to assist in technology information support• Maintain a collection of technology information and resources to assist in explanations• Provide resources for guests and follow up as appropriateJob Qualifications:• Clean driving record• Enjoy working with people and technology• Patience for explaining technical vehicle features to guests that are not “tech savvy”• Self-motivation during downtime• Willingness to travel throughout the NE Florida region• Proper phone etiquettePhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
