Clinician III Substance Use Disorder Outpatient REQ 48572

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evening Shift) Join a dedicated team providing critical outpatient services. We are looking for an experienced Clinician III to lead assessments, facilitate therapy, and provide clinical oversight for our SUD programs. Conduct complex clinical assessments, including Comprehensive Needs Assessments, Risk Assessments, DLA-20s, and Columbia Suicide Assessments. Develop comprehensive treatment plans for IOP and expanded SUD services, including quarterly reviews. Manage Medicaid authorizations and re-authorizations to ensure seamless care. Minimum Qualifications Education: 4‑year degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, etc.). Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience (Counselor, Therapist, Social Worker, etc.) OR 9 years of combined education and experience. Licensure: Must be licensed as an LCSW, LMHP, LPC, or LCP (or license‑eligible LPC) with the Virginia Board of Counseling. Credentials: Valid DMV driver’s license.
