Press OperatorAmsted Automotive's TransForm Automotive Shelby Twp division is seeking press operators on the third shift (11 pm - 7 am with a 15% shift premium) who will be responsible for the set up and operation of line dies including transfer dies in stamping presses.Shift times:Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PMAfternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PMMidnight shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 15% shift premiumResponsibilities include:Equipment operation including press transfer, feeder, etc.Part of the set up/changeover teamOperate press in production mode to meet production goalsVisually look over parts to assure proper qualityNotify Production, Quality, Leader, or Supervisor of quality or press related problemsPerform quality checks and use checking fixtures to maintain high quality partsEnsure all parts containers have properly filled out tags for part, lot and operation identification including SAP labelingKeep work areas clean and safe.
