Your Role as Day Habilitation RN:
- Guide preventative care strategies for our residents.
- Lead and educate our Direct Support Professionals.
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers.
- Maintain medical documentation and oversee health assessments.
- Create and implement wellness programs.
In this role, we require:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- NYS RN License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred
