Now Hiring TIG Welder Dothan, ALPay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 6 AM – 4 PM | Monday – FridayTIG Welders WantedFabricate and weld metal components with precision using TIG welding techniquesSet up and lay out jobs from blueprints, diagrams, and fixturesInspect welds visually and ensure compliance with customer drawings and quality standardsFollow internal quality systems, safety rules, and environmental regulationsCollaborate with team members across departments to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean and organized work area and equipmentMust have experience with welding and fitting (6 months – 1 year)Proven TIG welding experience (must pass welding test)Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and apply math skillsExperience with tack welding, fabrication of shop aids/fixtures a plusComfortable using basic hand toolsTeam player with effective communication skillsBenefits: Stack Cash: Weekly direct deposits, reliable as steel.
