Learning and Development Manager

Leading a team focused on enterprise learning and development activities, the full-time salaried Learning and Development Manager will oversee the design and implementation of employee training programs, aligning them with business strategies and conducting training needs analyses. Key responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational objectives and integrate business needs into offerings Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with leadership to design and implement improvements in learning and development Develop and facilitate leadership training programs, including group facilitation and individual coaching to address skill gaps Required qualifications At least 7 years of experience in training, organizational learning, and development, or a relevant combination of education and experience Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles Experience in training delivery and data analysis for process improvement Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
