Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Heavy Equipment MechanicAldridge is seeking a Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment for our fleet department nationwide.What you'll do:Repair and maintain heavy equipment including heavy and light duty trucks, large foundation drilling rigs, loaders, bobcats, and other support equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, as well as heavy and light duty trucks.Perform Federal Highway Administration inspections.Assure that heavy equipment is in working order.Respond to and communicate with internal customer requests for service.Who you are:CDL license Class "A" with manual endorsement desiredWilling to consider Class "B" with manual endorsement5+ years of experienceNatural engineering and problem-solving sensesWelding and fabricating skillsBasic computer skillsDependable and reliable attendanceAble to commit to 2-week travel rotation (home every other weekend)Who we are:At Aldridge, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team, where your skills are not only valued but crucial to our success.
