Chief Operations Officer

ACKS69471 – Chief Operations Officer – Northeast KS We are working with a billion-dollar bank that is looking to add a Chief Operations Officer in Northeast Kansas. This individual will lead the day-to-day banking operations across the entire organization. This is a key executive leadership role with oversight of all core operational functions, including deposit operations, loan operations, core processing, and ancillary processing. That also includes customer-facing technology platforms from an operational standpoint. This individual will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing operations teams across multiple locations. They will ensure that the bank’s policies are followed consistently and that operations are aligned with both regulatory requirements and the bank’s strategic goals. This individual needs to understand multi-branch bank operations from the inside out. Seeking a strategic thinker.
