Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their inquiries with clarity and warmth.

Manage and update client files to ensure all information is accurate and current.

Process premium payments and assist with policy endorsements to keep coverage perfectly aligned with client needs.

Educate clients on their specific coverage details so they feel confident and secure in their protection.

Maintain an inviting, helpful office atmosphere for every person who walks through our doors.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Strong command of Microsoft products.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
