Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Recent experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• TNCC and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, rapidly changing scenarios

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, compassionate nursing care to ER patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care in urgent situations
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications and manage IVs
• Document care and patient responses accurately
• Support physicians and fellow nurses in procedures and emergencies
