The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Professional experience managing subcontract‑oriented programs or projects, including responsibility for budget, schedule, and performance metrics.Experience supervising or leading a team of associate managers, supervisors, or exempt professionals.Proven experience communicating with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross‑functional peers (e.g., documented liaison or coordination activities on multi‑disciplinary projects).Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues by analyzing multiple factors and formulating actionable recommendations (e.g., documented risk‑assessment or decision‑analysis work).Desired SkillsAbility to set strategic direction for subcontract programs and align resources with long‑term business objectives.Experience making high‑impact financial, staffing, or public‑relations decisions for large‑scale contracts.Demonstrated skill in fostering cross‑functional collaboration and driving achievement of organizational goals.Proven consulting experience on high‑visibility, long‑range projects or initiatives.Familiarity with advanced program‑management tools and methodologies (e.g., Earned Value Management, risk‑based decision frameworks).Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $116100.00 - $215700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
