What You’ll Do As a Manager in Training, you will work alongside experienced leaders to learn every part of the business while helping guide the team. Responsibilities include: Building strong relationships with customers and creating a welcoming store environment Supporting daily store operations including buying, selling, and loaning on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles as well as other items Helping coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service Participating in community engagement and store promotion through social media and special events Assisting with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation Learning leadership skills needed to grow into a future management role Who We’re Looking For We are searching for someone who brings leadership, stability, and a passion for people . Ideal candidates will have: Previous leadership or supervisory experience A stable work history with a track record of commitment and reliability Strong people skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers Confidence making decisions and solving problems A team-first mindset and natural leadership ability Comfort using social media to connect with customers and promote the store Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred Experience with jewelry, luxury goods, pawnbroking, or retail sales is a plus, but leadership ability and strong character are just as important .
