Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer / RCM Specialist with strong experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEA, reliability analysis, and refinery asset reliability programs. The candidate will lead RCM studies, analyze equipment failure data, develop maintenance strategies, and integrate recommendations into SAP PM or other EAM/CMMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end RCM and FMEA studies for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation assets.
- Conduct criticality assessments, failure mode analysis, RCFA, and bad-actor identification.
- Facilitate RCM workshops with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and client SMEs.
- Use ReliaSoft tools such as Weibull++, BlockSim, and XFMEA/RCM++ for reliability modeling and failure-data analysis.
- Develop reliability metrics including MTBF, MTTR, hazard rates, and Weibull analysis.
- Translate RCM recommendations into PM tasks, maintenance plans, job plans, and task intervals.
- Integrate RCM/FMEA outputs with SAP PM, Maximo, or other EAM/CMMS platforms.
- Ensure proper alignment of equipment hierarchy, functional locations, technical objects, spares, and maintenance master data.
- Prepare RCM registers, FMEA worksheets, criticality assessments, maintenance strategies, and gap-analysis reports.
- Collaborate with reliability, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams and communicate recommendations effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in RCM, FMEA, RCFA, and asset reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with ReliaSoft (Weibull++, BlockSim, XFMEA/RCM++).
- Experience with SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent EAM/CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
- Strong understanding of Weibull analysis, reliability modeling, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance optimization.
- Refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
