Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments onsite and remote locations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the clients.
• Maintain all records and compliance on security and confidentiality of client materials.
• Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times.
• Display high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty.
• Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments.
• Clean/organize/stock.
• Handles sensitive and or confidential documents and information responsibly, and with integrity.
• Cross train in all service areas and provides backup support as needed.
• Communicates professionally via email and verbally.
• Ensure all work is performed according to client specifications, meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Deliver support for specialty projects as required.
• Collect data for monthly reports, complete and submit reports within requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience.
• 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
