We are seeking a experienced automotive Service Writer / Assistant Mgr. to join our DOVER / NEW PHILLY team.

Since 1967 Waterloo Transmissions & Total Car Care has been providing quality auto service to the Akron, Canton, Dover and surrounding communities . Since our beginning in 1967, as a small repair shop, we have grown to become a leader in the industry.

We are seeking to add a team member to help us continue to grow our automotive GENERAL REPAIR and UNDERR CAR services.

The ideal candidate should be able to perform some or all of the following duties: 

• Familiar with routine maintenance and general repairs.
• Diagnose engine issues and complete necessary repairs.
• Conduct general undercar inspections.
• Inform customers of required parts and labor to perform repairs.
• Complete a quality-control inspection before delivering the vehicle.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Participate in training and support improvements in team productivity.

Other reasons to consider

• Workweek: Five-day schedule with no Saturday or Sunday shifts.
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
• Performance incentives: Bonus paid every two weeks.

• Paid holidays: Six days annually.
