Work Location Hybrid: 3 days per week in Iselin, NJ with flexibility for remote work. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Work Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm EST, Monday–Friday. Job Title Manager I – Health Program Services Role Overview The Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations. The Manager will manage dispatch staff supporting mobile crisis outreach and contracted 988 Lifeline Centers within New Jersey, and will maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Achieve maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources. Prepare and communicate information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes. Audit to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepare specialized reports. Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports. Position Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, in addition to 3 years of Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience, outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, and experience in disease management, case management, or a health‑related field; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences Experience directing multi‑functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly preferred. Experience within mental/behavioral health and crisis is strongly preferred. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $78,568 – $117,852.
