Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $114.57/hour
- Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensed/certification reimbursements, paid sick leave, robust referral bonus program, travel reimbursements when applicable, and 24/7 dedicated team support
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care for patients across all age groups
- Perform examinations, treatments, and procedures such as fillings and root canals
- Collaborate with two dental assistants, a hygienist, and front desk staff
- Maintain accurate documentation using Denticon and Planet DDS EMR systems
- Ensure patient comfort and deliver quality care efficiently
- Adhere to clinic protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Iowa dental license (preferred) or ability to obtain licensure
- Must be enrolled with Medicaid or willing to enroll
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable treating patients across all age ranges
