Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum 1 year experience required; will accept first-time travelers. - Must have fluoroscopy and Philips experience. - Must be able to scrub.

Shift & Scheduling: - 36-hour, 4-day work week, on-call required. - 6-9 days of call per month, with 24-hour weekend call requirements.

Special Requests: - You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
