Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients within both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist .
• Current CPR certification is highly desirable.
