Temperature Screener

Pay rate: $19/hr Hours: 11pm - 7am. Will be required to work weekends as needed. The successful person will be responsible for accessing and documenting the temperature of any one entering the facility to start their shift by using an infrared temperature scanner. This person will direct any individuals with elevated temperatures to a separate location for confirmation and allow individuals with normal temperatures into the facility. A high level of confidentiality is needed for this position. This person will be required to wear proper PPE while conducting the assessments. Touchless temperature scanners and PPE will be provided by client for use. Both verbal and written communication skills are needed for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safety and well-being of all personnel and visitors through screening processes
• Monitoring and screening people for entrance onto the property
• Reporting screening information to clients
• Collects information and either acts upon it if within the scope of their authority or routes it to the proper authority or agency
• Controls, regulates and directs pedestrian traffic and ensures social distancing guideline are followed at the entry points
• Adhere to all company safety, service, operating, and emergency standards and remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• May perform other minor manufacturing duties outside of screening times
• Attends training as assigned

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available. Will require working on the weekends. Schedule/Work shifts hours person must be minimum 18 yrs old.
