Were adding an Emergency Medicine Physician to our Baptist Neighborhood Hospital team, including the Rigsby location in San Antonio, Texas.

• Up to $150K sign-on bonus

• 10-bed micro-hospital Emergency Department
• 12-hour Physician coverage model
• Brand new 11,000-square-foot facility with streamlined workflows

What your practice will look like:
Youll work across a network of micro-hospitals designed for efficiency and rapid patient throughput. These sites provide a mix of emergency and inpatient capabilities, allowing for streamlined admissions and consistent workflows while maintaining access to system-wide resources.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians will be considered *2 years of practicing ED experience required.
