Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, arranging necessary diagnostic tests, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic diseases in collaboration with doctors or independently (subject to credentialing)
• Providing education for patients and families centered on disease prevention, wellness, and health management
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care oversight
• Cooperating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care
• Maintaining precise and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nebraska
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or relevant specialty equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
