Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant to provide technical development, production support, issue resolution, and configuration updates. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage service requests and tickets, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with business process consultants and subject matter experts to improve system performance and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS technologies.

• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, APEX, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.

• Hands-on technical development and production support experience.

• Strong troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis skills.

• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Project-to-Retire processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of software engineering practices and business processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to work closely with customers.
