California Licensed Senior Claims Examiner

Managing high exposure, complex claims, the full-time California Licensed Senior Claims Examiner will lead investigations, determine liability, and drive resolutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Interprets complex policy coverages and makes independent decisions regarding claims Oversees investigative activities and directs litigation strategies in collaboration with legal counsel Establishes reserves and settles claims promptly, ensuring cost-effective resolutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 4-8 years of technical claims investigation and settling experience Ability to work independently while managing various technical subjects Industry designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU preferred License requirements as per state or jurisdictional mandates
