Job Description Lead & contribute in establishing the school as formidable Brand & a Premier Design School in the country Lead & develop the team of outstanding faculty members while ensuring their highest level of engagement towards making of an institution of repute. Lead & drive the team towards maintaining a cordial networking with the Industry & create platforms/ forums for an industry interface on fortnightly basis. Work closely with the senior leadership team & contribute towards setting up of the right benchmarks for student selection & batch quality. Keep track of the latest trends in the curriculum design & pedagogy to stay ahead of the curve at all times. Constantly work on creating systems & process along with the rest of the senior team members for the long term success of the institution. Design KPIs/ KRAs towards the evaluation of the faculty/ staff to drive and achieve productivity. Any other relevant duties and responsibilities that the school may require you undertake from time to time. Desired Profile Ph.D. from a reputed institute (preferably). Mimimum 10 years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which atleast 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or minimum of 13 years exeperince in teaching and/or Research and/or Industry. Flair for Maangement and leadership is essential. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively. Should possess communication skills (Both Written & Spoken English). Adequate research background. Should be willing to stay on the campus (off 90 Kms from Hyderabad). Qualification Ph.D Degree or significant professional work which can be recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D degree; with First Class at Bachelors & Masters Degree in the appropriate program Experience 10-15 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
