We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team! We are hiring for our clinics throughout Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

As a new grad at Metro, you'll receive individualized mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You'll work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team that truly values your growth.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
• Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

New Grad Support Programs

We offer an exclusive mentorship program for all clinicians with under 3 years of experience. This program is designed to help you strengthen your clinical reasoning, refine your hands-on skills, and build confidence as an independent practitioner.

Board Exam Support

We understand the challenges that come with preparing for the NPTE. That's why we offer in-house 1:1 board exam tutoring to help you feel confident and prepared.

Metro's partnership with Touro University offers a unique opportunity to pursue your Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency while working full-time as a Metro employee. The program takes 12-18 months to complete and Metro covers the entire cost!
