- Physician — Urgent Care & Workers’ CompensationJoin a growing outpatient organization providing accessible urgent care and occupational medicine services to patients and employers in Fontana.Fontana, California Full-time In personApply now## Primary responsibilities* Provide high-quality patient care and help guide daily clinical operations.* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of the practice.* Review laboratory and diagnostic results and complete appropriate follow-up.* Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.* Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.* Contribute feedback and leadership toward continuous clinical improvement.## Qualifications* Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration.* Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.* Two or more years of clinical experience preferred; qualified new graduates may apply.* Current ACLS certification; PALS certification preferred.* Urgent care, occupational medicine, or DOT experience is a plus where applicable.* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.## Benefits* Health benefits* Employer-provided malpractice coverage* Continuing medical education allowance* Paid time off and five paid company holidays* 401(k) eligibility after one year of service* Annual performance bonus## Schedule* Full-time* Four 10-hour shifts* Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability* In-person care with travel between clinics as needed## Equal opportunityWest Point Health Group and its practices make employment decisions without discrimination based on any status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.Position summaryCompensation: $250,000–$300,000 per year + performance bonusPractice: West Point Medical CenterService: Urgent Care & Occupational MedicineLocation: 7774 Cherry Ave, Suite A, Fontana, CA 92336
