Senior Engineering Product ManagerSeeking a Senior Engineering Product Manager with strong gas turbine and rotating equipment experience to support LM2500 and PE6000 turbine programs. This role is focused on technical program leadership, cross-functional coordination, budgeting, and driving engineering deliverables across product lifecycle initiatives. This is an engineering-focused role, not a traditional IT Product Manager position.LocationPreferred onsite in Sedalia, MOOpen to remote candidates for the right fitMust work Central Time business hoursApproximately 30% travel required, including trips to Sedalia every 2–3 monthsResponsibilitiesLead product strategy, roadmap, and engineering program executionManage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional deliverablesCoordinate with engineering, supply chain, QA, manufacturing, and outsourced vendorsDrive accountability and ensure projects stay on scheduleSupport testing, validation, and lifecycle management activitiesLead meetings and communicate technical updates to stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field5–10 years of gas turbine, rotating equipment, or technical product/program management experienceExperience with LM2500, LM6000, or aero-derivative gas turbines strongly preferredStrong understanding of product lifecycle management, budgeting, manufacturing, and engineering coordinationCandidates with hands-on turbine engineering experience plus project/program leadership are encouraged to applyCompensationBase salary up to approximately $180KBonus potential up to 20%Full benefits package included
