Job Description

Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank customer service expectations. Works a specified schedule (less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a branch. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking branch locations (Metro Community and In-Store On-Site). Responsible for assessing and handling customers banking needs obtaining and processing customer/account information and selling bank deposit and loan products and services. Utilizes the Customer Engagement Cycle to profile customers and identify Qualifications:-National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements including but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record-One or more years of related banking experience or commensurate training in sales and customer service experience-High School Diploma or equivalentDesired Qualifications:-Demonstrates a proven commitment to a unified customer experience by providing excellent customer service and models skills consistent with U.S. Banks Core Values-Knowledge of retail product philosophy policy procedures documentation and systems-Comprehensive knowledge of all retail products and services-Effective interpersonal skills selling and referral skills-Strong mathematical problem solving and negotiation skills-Strong verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. Pay Range: $20.00 - 23.00
