Territory Sales Representative

What Youll Do
- Own your territory manage and grow a defined book of contractor and dealer accounts
- Prospect actively: identify underserved contractors flip competitive accounts convert low-volume customers into loyal ones
- Conduct on-site visits product knowledge sessions and Hardscape North America showcase events
- Collaborate with dealers to drive contractor demand through the channel
- Track all activity and pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; present weekly business reviews against forecast
- Partner with your Regional Sales Manager to build quarterly territory plans
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of B2B outside/field sales experience building materials hardscape landscaping masonry or construction supply strongly preferred
- Demonstrated record of hitting or exceeding territory revenue targets
- Hunter mentality you open new accounts and dont just manage existing ones
- Comfortable building relationships at the contractor and dealer level; you know how job sites work
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven prioritization
- Valid drivers license; comfortable with regular regional travel (overnight as needed)
- Located within the Southeast New York territory

- Base salary: $75000 $85000 (based on experience)
