Performance Test Lead

Performance Test Lead Location: Cincinnati, OH Duration: Full Time Proficient in LoadRunner scripting and execution. Needs to be experienced in using load runner and modular / component scripting approaches. We are currently on Release 12.02 An upgrade is likely due in the next 6-12 months. Proficient in performance testing strategies, methods and techniques. Strong planning and organizational skills. Need to be able to assess proposed work, provide estimates and deliver to the agreed to timelines. Strong communication skills. This team needs to be able to communicate effectively with the multiple development teams, test automation teams, DBA teams and application administration team to troubleshoot and resolve performance and pinger issues. Flexible and collaborative. We have very fluid workloads that fluxuate with changing priorities and the release management cycle that requires the team to be very collaborative and flexible with peer teams. Dynatrace monitoring. All of our Loadrunner performance test scripts are linked to Dynatrace for logging test results. This is not a required skill for the position, but would be very helpful as we will need to train the person to use Dynatrace if they are not familiar with it. Dynatrace is becoming a more integrated part of our solution and will continue to play a bigger role in our approach to performance testing.
