Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Macon, GA 31210. Pay: $75.00 per hour. Make a Meaningful Impact Through Compassionate Primary Care. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and care planning. Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits. Manage acute and chronic health conditions using evidence-based practice. Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management. Partner with physicians and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Manage patient follow-up and support positive health outcomes. Assist with clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures. Verify insurance information, collect patient payments, and support front-office workflow. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation. What We’re Looking For Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program. Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. DEA registration may be required during onboarding. Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. A compassionate, collaborative approach to delivering exceptional patient care. Schedule In-person outpatient position 2–4 days per week. Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM. Three out of every six weekends required. Holiday rotation as needed. Compensation & Benefits $75.00 per hour.
