Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Attorney Associate with over two years of experience to join its electronics and computer patent practice in Salt Lake City, Utah. The position is available in multiple locations, including Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. Duties Engage in patent preparation and prosecution work. Collaborate with technology companies to protect their innovations. Provide client counseling and handle post-grant patent work. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation. Experience in wireless telecommunications, communication networks, or related fields preferred. Strong academic record with a technical degree in relevant fields. Growth mindset and ability to work on cutting-edge technology. Education Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in patent preparation and prosecution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
