This role plays a key part in optimizing production efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes based on customer specifications Support development, debugging, and continuous improvement of tooling and production processes Analyze and improve manufacturing systems and workflows for efficiency and cost reduction Determine root causes of failures and recommend improvements to designs, tolerances, or processes Troubleshoot issues related to product design, materials, and manufacturing processes Review product designs for manufacturability, accuracy, and completeness Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve product performance Research and implement new technologies, methods, and processes Design, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Communicate production capabilities, timelines, and technical information to support operations Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience 2–5 years of related experience in manufacturing, tooling, or process engineering Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication Sound judgment and decision-making abilities Proficiency in systems analysis and process improvement Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) Ability to research and implement new technologies Strong technical design and engineering skills Effective time management and organizational skills Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to machinery and production operations Requires collaboration with production, engineering, and management teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
