Opportunity Details A facility in southern Texas has an opportunity for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p Setting: Outpatient clinic Patient Volume: 2-16 per day No hospital bedside care, procedures, or cath lab Duties: Supervise technicians, perform patient assessments, develop and manage cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation plans, monitor patient progress Support Staff: APPs EMR: Scottcare Versacare Software Must be board-certified ACLS and BLS required English/Spanish proficiency preferred Paid travel and expenses During your time off, explore scenic nature trails, take a short drive to the Gulf Coast for beaches and fishing, or shop at large malls or local boutiques.
