• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Delaware State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to culturally competent care
• Experience in school settings or pediatric speech therapy is preferred

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
