PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

5x8.0 shift (8 hours per day).

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This position involves the delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self, while adhering to professional standards and compliance with the organizational Code of Conduct.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop targeted treatment plans.

Document all care provided in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.

Participate in the education and supervision of students as appropriate.

Engage in continuous professional development and apply learned information to improve service delivery.

Maintain professional licensure and adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act.

Understand and contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.

Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.

Current CPR certification.
