Compensation: $14-$19 per hour based on experience

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with claim preparation and submission to insurance payers.

• Perform basic claim follow-up on unpaid or denied claims.

• Post payments and adjustments accurately into billing systems.

• Review accounts for errors and make necessary corrections.

• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity.

• Respond to routine inquiries from internal teams or patients.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks for assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare billing or administrative support.

• Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance processes preferred.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the RCM field.

• Proficiency with Google Suite.

• Must present themself cleanly and professionally

• Be ready to meet on camera at all times

• Background check required

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively 365 degrees with all levels of the company
