Warehouse Manager | Luxury Goods


Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations for a luxury goods company specializing in high end handbags, jewelry, and premium accessories.


This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader who thrives in a highly organized environment, enjoys developing employees, and understands the importance of accuracy when managing high value inventory. Every item is unique, making attention to detail and inventory integrity essential to success in this role.


Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $72,000 annually, plus performance based bonus opportunity

Responsibilities


• Manage all day to day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a small warehouse team while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping of luxury merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper handling, organization, and security of high value handbags, jewelry, and accessories.
• Communicate proactively with the corporate office, providing timely updates and resolving operational issues while coordinating across time zones.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory controls, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment.

Qualifications


• Two to three years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Inventory Manager.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing warehouse employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and inventory management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience handling high value or serialized inventory is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a quality focused environment where accuracy is prioritized over speed.
• Positive, collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
