We are establishing a new outbound sales function to proactively drive business growth and expand our customer base. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Lease Transition Specialist to support this initiative. In this role, you will engage with individuals in the local market whose automotive leases are approaching expiration. By initiating timely, informed outreach, you will position our organization as a trusted partner and create qualified opportunities for our sales team. This position plays a critical role in enhancing our market presence and driving incremental revenue through targeted engagement. Your job is to start the conversation, build trust quickly, and create meaningful opportunities for our sales team. This is not just cold calling; this is strategic outreach to warm prospects at the right time.

About the Opportunity

The position will be in our Fort Worth Office M-F 8-5pm.

Salary is $48,000 with an opportunity for performance-based pay that can total up to $30,000+ in a year.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with upcoming lease expirations
-Professionally introduce company offerings and value proposition
-Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
-Generate qualified appointments and opportunities for the sales team
-Accurately document interactions and maintain organized records in CRM systems
-Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call activity and appointment targets
-Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve results

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in BDC, Internet Sales, Call Center Sales, or Customer Relations preferred
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company effectively
-Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
-High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred, but not required
