Staffing Coordinator - Nursing Management

Position Overview Provides daily centralized staffing function for nursing units through monitoring, placement, and updating of daily staffing worksheets. Inputs low census and absences in Kronos. Works under the direction of the Administrative Nursing Supervisor to assure appropriate distribution of staff to nursing units including arranging for supplemental staff to support nurse unit matrices. Uses and maintains the Everbridge paging system. Adheres to all labor contracts and policies. Position has high call volume and must meet all contractual deadlines.
