Role Overview The Operational Resilience Head of Integrated Testing will lead the Integrated Testing function within the Operational Resilience program, designing and executing a unified testing strategy to validate the firm’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions to business operations. The role will enable the Operational Resilience reporting on real capabilities and partner with all the Operational Resilience pillars, including Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Cyber resilience, IT continuity, and the lines of business. What You Will Do Defining and leading the Integrated Testing strategy Designing and operating a testing-as-a-service delivery model Establishing a multi-year testing roadmap Providing testing services to ensure data quality and controls effectiveness Leading the DR Testing Program Coordinating asset-level and process-level exercises Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations related to operational resilience, experience building and leading a testing function at scale, and technical and functional expertise in key components of operational resilience programs.
