Bartender

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience using Spare Time's Service Standards and Steps of Service
• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following company recipes and responsible service guidelines
• Take food and beverage orders while helping guests navigate menus, specials, and promotions
• Create a fun, upbeat atmosphere while providing fast and friendly service
• Promote upcoming events, attractions, and features throughout the center
• Keep tables, bars, and service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Assist with food running, bussing, and light food prep as needed
• Operate the POS system accurately while handling payments and guest transactions
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and follow all ID verification policies and local laws
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties each shift

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Comfortable interacting with large crowds, families, and kids
• Reliable, energetic, and guest-focused
• SERVSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred (or required where applicable)
• Must be 21+

Work Environment

This is an active, fast-paced role inside a lively entertainment venue featuring music, arcade games, events, lights, and crowds. Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the fun and part of the job.

You'll be on your feet, moving quickly, multitasking, and helping create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy event shifts
