What does this mean for an Aero Team Member? An ESOP is a defined contribution benefit plan that allows Team Members to earn Aero stock – or ownership interest –automatically as they work! Retirement Aero offers a competitive Safe Harbor 401K plan, matching 100% of all contributions up to 3%. Any contributions over 3% have a 50% match up to 5%. Requirements for entry level staff include a valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent attendance, and an aptitude to learn.
