Types of Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, GI/Endoscopy, AV Fistulas, and Regional Anesthesia
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; emergency privileges not specified
Travel: Travel and lodging provided

Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification preferred
Licensure: Active state license required
Experience: Regional anesthesia skills preferred
