Upstate Home Maintenance Services is a residential service and install company serving the Spartanburg, SC area.

Day to day, techs wear a few hats: service calls, installations, repairs, and new construction when it comes up.

We're growing the team and looking for a tech who wants to be a real part of the crew - someone who can make a real mark and have a place to belong for the long haul.

We're hiring one experienced tech who wants variety in the work, a team that backs them, and a real seat on a smaller, family-style crew. Start is ASAP.

What You'll Get

What You'll Be Doing

• Residential service, install, and repair work
• New construction installs when they come up
• Jumping between call types instead of getting stuck on one lane
• Wearing a few hats as part of a smaller crew
• Full-time schedule with M–F, weekend, and on-call coverage as needed
• Keeping jobs clean and making sure homeowners are taken care of

Who We're Looking For

You take pride in your work, and you show up for your teammates.

You're not looking to do the bare minimum - you want to hustle with a crew that knows each other and be someone the shop counts on.

Beyond that:

• 3–5 years of experience (experienced tech range)
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Real experience in both service and installation (good service techs here need to know how to install)
