Volt is hiring for Electrical Assembler in Ontario, CA.

As an Electrical Assembler you will:

• Assemble electrical components using technical drawings and instructions
• Dismantle, adjust, and assemble equipment according to plans, manuals, or drawings
• Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers) to complete assembly tasks
• Align, fit, and secure components to meet exact specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Continuously looking for ways to improve work processes and individual knowledge and skills

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in electrical assembly; or
• AA degree in Electronics/Electrical a plus
• Strong wiring and mechanical abilities desired
• Wire harness and soldering experience is a plus
• English communication skills preferred

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience assembling electrical or electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Familiarity with IPC standards, quality control procedures, and safety practices
• Experience using measuring devices, testing equipment, and basic electrical diagnostic tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance record and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Basic computer skills for documenting production activities and reviewing work instructions
• Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in other assembly function

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
